Uplifting and energizing lemon balm makes a lovely hydrosol spray to use as a facial toner, body spritz, room freshener and smudge mist. Hydrosol is just a mix of essential oil and water which is a product of distilling. We distill our homegrown lemon balm in small batches and add an aventurine crystal chip to each bottle. Aventurine is a powerhouse crystal and adds to the positive energy of this spray.
