We (Dylan and Steph – the owners) met in 2011 as interns at Whipstone Farm, an organic vegetable and flower farm in northern Arizona. Both feeling a little lost in life, we fell in love with farming, flowers and each other. After a few years, we decided to relocate to the front range of Colorado and bring along our love for gardening and all things flowers. We joined a small landscaping company and started learning how to grow in our new environment.

After a couple of years of experience and multiple side projects, we decided to form Down Home Flowers in 2014. We initially focused on residential gardening for others until we were able to find grow space of our own. In 2018 we moved to Arvada and in 2019 we started offering garden-to-vase fresh flowers for local delivery.

We now offer not only fresh flowers in season, but also dried flower arrangements & wreaths, pressed flower art, botanically-infused body products & mixed planters. Our goal is to provide high-quality, locally-grown flower and plant products to our community.
