Our balm of gilead is a simple but potent balm harnessing the amazing healing abilities of the cottonwood bud. It soothes sore muscles, heals skin conditions and can even serve a chest rub for coughs and congestion. We infuse oils in house with foraged cottonwood buds and blend it with beeswax to create this incredible balm. The scent is mild and woodsy. 

Here at Down Home Flowers, we create all of our body products utilizing the concept of bio-regionalism - the ancient idea which believes the plants that grow near you are the most powerful for you. 

All of the plant material used in this product comes from our mini-farm and garden in Arvada, CO or is sustainably foraged from the surrounding area. We create all of our products in small batches and we grow, harvest, wash, dry, process and infuse everything by hand.

This product is available for delivery to Arvada and the surrounding area when combined with other products. There is $50 minimum order to qualify for delivery.
