We offer flowers as well as homegrown & handcrafted gifts for delivery and pick-up in Arvada, Colorado and the surrounding area including Denver, Golden, Westminster and Broomfield.

Our shop is unique because we grow most of our flowers. That means everything is fresh-cut, seasonal and locally-produced.

Spring flowers are just starting to trickle in. We will have fresh flowers available for delivery and pick-up soon! For now, we are offering dried flower arrangements & wreaths, small plants & mixed planters, botanically-infused body products and flower & crystal essences.

Spring Flower Share

Our spring flower share will start the end of April or early May and will go for 5 weeks this spring.

It includes a pint-sized mason jar arrangement packed full of spring blooms such as daffodils, tulips, flowering branches and more.

We're also offering a gift option which includes delivery of a small dried flower arrangement with a card informing the recipient of their flower share.

We are a small, family-owned business providing Arvada, CO and surrounding area with our locally-grown flowers for pick-up or delivery. Depending on the season, we offer fresh, dried & pressed flowers, as well as houseplants, body products infused with our homegrown herbs & flowers and garden goodies for your kitchen and apothecary. From our garden straight to you or your loved one's doorstep!

Our goal is to be sustainable and work locally. We start most of our plants from seed, purchase supplies locally, practice chemical-free gardening and exercise smart water usage. Our style combines showy focal flowers with wildflowers and native greenery, mostly grown ourselves. We let nature help dictate our designs and that way we do not need to import flowers and we keep our carbon footprint low. We believe our flowers are more than just a commodity - they bring joy to you or your loved ones, they revitalize the air, they feed the pollinators and add beauty to the world.

We started this business for two main reasons. First is just that we love to grow things! Flowers, herbs, vegetables, perennials, annuals, biennials, shrubs, trees - we love them all! Second, we wanted to offer something we had a hard time finding for ourselves - a locally-crafted, high vibrational and thoughtful gift to send a loved one when you couldn't be there in person. It is the upmost importance to us to be rooted in quality. We craft each gift with conscious attention to embrace the natural magic flowers provide. We strive to work with nature and the seasons to create something unique to send your love from a distance.

We take flowers, herbs and plants that we grow and turn them into naturally formulated products for the body. We're featuring our pocket full of posies whipped body butter. We infused a blend of high-quality oils with spring flowers - lilac, rose & plum blossom - and whipped it up with shea & mango butter for a luxurious and silky smooth body butter.

I ordered this arrangement for my wife on Valentine’s Day. I always try my best to select a local florist and Down Home Flowers didn’t disappoint. Their prices were great and the delivery driver was not only very nice but he took the time to explain how each part of the arrangement was grown or sourced.
